How you structure your business llc? How do the seasoned agents setup youuu business was structure? I operate my realtor business under an LLC. My broker pays my commission check to my llc (tax benefits by doing this). Anyone does it differently? If so how do you setup your business? I understand it will depends on each , but still curious to hear what other different ways and why setup the way you do.... Only advise within your scope of knowledge and area of expertise.
